ReVibe 360 was founded to create opportunity through holistic support and real career pathways. We are a grassroots, community-driven nonprofit based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, focused on bridging gaps between potential and purpose.

Our mission is to restore individuals and revitalize communities through purpose-driven employment and personal growth. We envision a future where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, live independently, and thrive.
Through personalized coaching, volunteerism, and community partnerships, we support individuals, local businesses and non-profit organizations in building skills, navigating career pathways, and creating sustainable, empowered lifestyles.

We integrate on-the-job training with real contract work (janitorial, junk removal, lawn care, etc.)

We foster in wholesome community outreach partnering with local businesses for environmental growth needs and other community partnerships

We offer hands on guidance for personal needs in preparation for career sustainability to include workaround services, housing and life skills maintenance. and life coaching services

We believe in paid transitional employment and volunteer-based rehabilitation that offer opportunities to be further marketable
