ReVibe 360 was founded to bring dignity, opportunity, and holistic support to justice impacted individuals, veterans, and neurodivergent teens and adults. Born from a lived understanding of how hard career path navigation can be, our nonprofit bridges personal gaps real opportunities.
We are a grassroots community-powered organization based in Hampton Roads, Virginia, with programs that combine hands-on workforce training, wraparound support, and transitional job placement.
Our mission is to restore individuals and revitalize communities by empowering catalyst populations with the skills, tools, and support to move forward through purpose-driven employment and personal growth.
We envision a future where everyone can contribute meaningfully, live independently, and thrive within a supportive community.
Our personalized coaching focuses on individual strengths, challenges, and aspirations, ensuring immediate and practical implementation of advice. We have successfully assisted individuals and sponsors across various industries, including individuals, family-owned business, medium sized businesses and large institutions. Our collaborative coaching style emphasizes navigating career pathways with open communication and active participation volunteerism through community partnerships, aiming to empower productive overall lifestyles to utilize full potential and establish thriving lifestyles.

Our Team's is building a community hub made up of former justice-impacted leaders, community advocates, licensed professionals, and everyday people committed to creating change one person, one pathway, and one neighborhood at a time.
ReVibe 360 is an initiative, named in honor of community principles and values, honoring loved ones whose lives embodied both struggle and strength. The model adopted by ReVibe 360 is also about rewriting new beginnings every time we help someone reintegrate, rebuild and thrive.
